USC Village and the Community

USC Village is the largest development in the history of South Los Angeles. From the beginning of the project until now, the Village has provided new opportunities to give back to the local community.

During the construction of USC Village, over 20% of workers lived within 5 miles of the site. USC also provided meaningful community benefits, including substantial funds for affordable housing, a new state-of-the-art city fire station and park improvements. The Village currently employs hundreds of local residents. A community room is also available for local charities and organizations to use for programming and events. Click here for community room usage information. Lastly, local retailers coexist at USC Village alongside national brands to offer people a wide range of quality experiences.
