Trejo’s Tacos (Open)

Fulfilling his mother’s dream of owning a restaurant, Danny Trejo used his mother’s recipes as a base to create carnitas, cauliflower, fried chicken, and other flavors of tacos, burritos, bowls, salads, and quesadillas.  Along with good food, Trejo’s Tacos has seasonal house-made agua fresca, vegan horchata, and a variety of local drinks.  Our goal is to create a destination for delicious Mexican food where people can come experience great food, enjoy their friends and family in a comfortable, safe, clean environment.
